-	Providing the card catalogue and Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) system services and arranging the reading of e.books, e-newspapers and e.journals especially.
-	Exchanging the books and periodicals accompanied with the National Library of eighteen foreign countries.
-	According to the mutual understanding, attending and participating the meetings, workshops, seminars, etc. with regional libraries.
-	A kind of Internet access library.
